Our awarding winning customer service team is looking for talented individuals with a passion for vaping and a servants heart.
You will be responsible for providing unprecedented customer care for VapeWild. Youll connect with our customers via live chat, email, and phone, developing relationships and solving any issues our customers may run into.

What youll do:
:Become an expert on the vaping industry and all the products we offer.
:Assess the nature of product or service issues and resolve everything from basic to complex problems for our customers via email, live chat, and phone.
:Handle and manage multiple conversations with customers at any given time.
:Utilize several different software platforms to successfully handle every inquiry that crosses your desk.

What youll bring:
:1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service oriented position. (Retail, Service Industry, etc.)
:High School Diploma/GED.
:A passion for vaping.
:A big heart and a sparkling personality.
:Exceptional writing and speaking abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through email, live chat, and phone calls.
:Strong typing skills. (At least 40 wpm and 95 accuracy)
:Stellar grammar.
:Must demonstrate extremely strong communication and interpersonal skills.
:Ability to manage multiple task at any given time.
:Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer workings and systems (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
:Experience with LiveChat would be awesome, but its not a deal breaker.
