We are seeking 40 Customer Service - Order Entry Specialist project that starts on March 25th. This position pays $11/hr. ($10 50 during training) and you must be flexible to accept an 8 hour shift that starts between 8:00 am to 11:00 pm during the week and 10:00am - 7:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.The Call Center Agents will be taking inbound calls and entering consumer orders into the database, answering questions about product availability and resolving customer issues. The best candidate will have strong working knowledge of customer service/call center and have very good communication and computer skills. Please read the requirements below before you apply. Required Skills: -Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette -Type 30+wpm and have data entry keystrokes of a minimum of 3,000 ksph -Solution oriented with the ability to adapt to the fast paced Internet environment -Excellent judgment and decision making skills -Strong verbal and written communications skills -Understand customer service processes and procedures -Regular and punctual attendance is a must -Able to work the schedule that is assigned to you -Ability to pass a background check & drugscreen (no delinquent college school loans are permitted) -6 Months relatable customer service experience -High School Diploma or equivalent TRC is an EOE INDND .
