What you'll be doing As a Business Transformation manager on the Ann/NBO team, you will work within the Ann Machine Learning and Decisioning Platform to transform our offer recommendations. In partnership with IT, decision logic, marketing, and channel experts, you will capture business requirements and design a solution that utilizes adaptive learning to drive smart recommendations consistent across all channels. Your role will be multi-faceted. Your role will require an understanding of customer experience, adaptive learning methodologies, analytic insights, marketing execution, messaging, and display, change management, Agile development, project management across broad teams, and meeting project deliverable timelines and goals. You will coordinate the integration of data sources, predictive modeling and decision logic, marketing offers and campaigns, reporting requirements, testing, legal, privacy, and security reviews, and any required end-user training or communications. In short, you will be a lead for project execution of designing and implementing customer recommendations in key channels. You will be the go-to expert in helping to validate that the Ann decision engine recommendations are functioning in each channel optimizing customer experience and cross-channel engagement. Your role will require detailed business requirements and user-story documentation, and working with broad groups of stakeholders to effectively capture and communicate expectations, progress, and results. What we're looking for + Project management and experience with technical requirements definition and delivery + Analyze relevant data to identify best UX solution design and performance results + Experience working with specific relevant channels critical to success in the Fios business: call center, outbound messaging, website, app, social media, machine-assisted chat, 3rd party resellers, etc. + Aptitude for synthesizing information and conveying complicated information clearly + Demonstrated success in driving desired outcomes through influence across broad teams + Work independently, and multi-task under short deadlines, based upon general direction + Ability to investigate and solve complex technical problems and data discrepancies + Drives adoption and application of analytical model results with business partners, ensuring benefits realized You'll need to have: + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred + Experience with business requirements or system development; Agile preferred + Experience with marketing and/or delivery execution in channel + Experience managing large projects with diverse stakeholders + Experience effectively communicating to front-line staff to senior executives Even better if you have: + Experience with managing call center projects, digital UX design, app development, outbound messaging campaigns, Adobe marketing, 3rd party reseller channel management, integration of 3rd party data sources, or integration of social media in to marketing campaigns + Experience with marketing decision logic, adaptive learning models, and customer campaigns When you join Verizon You'll be doing work that matters alongside other talented people, transforming the way people, businesses and things connect with each other.
