THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT IT OPERATIONS POSITION** **HOURS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:** **_WEEK 1_** **_Wed 11pm - 5am, Thur 7pm - 5am, Fri 7pm - 7am, Sat 7pm - 7am_** **_WEEK 2 - Wed 7pm - 7am, Thur 7pm - 7am, Fri 7pm - 7am, Sat 7pm - 7am **PURPOSE & SCOPE** **:** **Front line IT Operations Support for critical production systems. Troubleshoot issues and escalation multi-tasking.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Responsible for monitoring mission-critical systems for all JBS USA sites and engaging the proper support teams through to resolution. + Escalation of Critical Incidents to IT On Call personnel to resolve any critical business issues that arise 7 X 24. + Monitoring company data centers for any breaches in building security cameras as well as alerts that may come in via email. + Provide afterhours support for any hardware/software issues that may arise with Systems physically located in the data center. + Troubleshoot & resolve all technical issues involving desktop hardware and/or software in a competent and professional manner, including wireless hand held devices. + If the Analyst cannot resolve the problem, they must identify and contact the appropriate IT technical staff and/or facilitate communication with the customer. + Create incident tickets and own the problem through closure for those incidents that can be resolved without assistance. + Provide clear and truthful guidance to customers in how to successfully adopt and implement technological solutions into their environment + Remote desktop Support + Assist users with VPN access + Maintain documentation and training material for supported services + Communicates highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel + Provides "hands and feet" assistance to other IT groups + Other duties as assigned **WORKING CONDITIONS:** + Office environment + 24/7 Support + Other hours as necessary to resolve issues or implement projects **EDUCATION:** + Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience **EXPERIENCE:** + 4 + years IT experience **SPECIAL SKILLS:** + Familiarity with critical business systems + Advanced understanding of ITIL related to access control + Experience with Active Directory, Windows admin + Basic understanding of infrastructure technologies + Excellent attention to details + Outstanding communications and analytical skills + Excellent customer service skills + Able to work independently and inside a team **EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled**
