A fun, enlightening play/workshop designed to lift your spirits and reacquaint you with your beautiful, sexy self!




What is your concept of “sexy”? Do you see yourself as a sexy, sensual being? If not, would you like to feel better about this vital part of your nature? You can — it’s as simple as shifting your perspective!




Our sexuality plays an enormous role in our state of health and wellbeing. Most people receive their sexual cues from the media. Otherwise, the information is mostly academic. Where, however, is the spiritual connection to our sexuality? Without this integral piece, we operate on some very mixed messages!




Live Inside Out classes are designed to inspire you to operate from the core of your being — your Highest, Most Excellent Self. Move Your Sexy Spirit is designed to reconnect you to your Sacred Sexual Self. Through music, organic movement, energy work and discussion/sharing, you will learn to recognize just how sexy you really are! 




Sexual energy is the energy of Creation. And there is nothing sexier than a person with a healthy sense of self-worth. Learn to release negative ideas about your sexuality, move into a healthier space, dance, love yourself, and love others. You have the ability to create a sexier self and a much more authentic community of connected, sexy spirits! 



Wear: clothing you can move in easily, preferably close-fitting. Bring: water, a journal and a pen — you may have insights that you’ll want to reflect on later.
