Family Heritage Life Insurance Company of America (a subsidiary of the Torchmark Corporation), is a growing and financially secure supplemental insurance provider. We are seeking a Sales Reporting Specialist.

Behavioral Expectations:
• Maintain an always positive attitude.
• Remain alert to ways to support the agency, sales efforts, customers
and co-workers.
• Be a team player inside and outside the Department.
• Highly comfortable with tight deadlines and processing last-minute
changes.
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
• Track, manage and report all agency data (sales, recruiting, contests,
other)
• Timely report all agency data to internal and external customers.
• Maintain the integrity of current and historical agency data and reports.
• Resolve all agency data and reporting discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare data for weekly incentives Flyers and monthly newsletter.
• Subject matter expert for all agency data.
• Implement, track and report on incentive programs.
• Create and edit queries using Access, Crystal and Excel.
• Fulfill agency and management requests for standard and ad hoc
information, charts and PPT.
• Test new agency reports, as needed.
• Expert knowledge of Data Warehousing information (Extract, Analyze &
Report).
• Provide administrative support, as needed, to the Sales Administration
department.
• Provide interdepartmental support as needed.
• Attend and facilitate the execution of midyear, annual and other
meetings as required.
• Other assignments as directed by supervisor.

Required Skills:
Minimum Requirements:
• Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills and high degree
of accuracy.
• College degree and previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with agency and senior management.
• Ability to travel overnight for company meetings, as needed.
Essential Mental Functions:
• Positive mental attitude, team oriented and sales focused.
• Flexible – able to effectively handle last minute changes and requests.
• Adaptable to a fast paced environment with tight reporting deadlines.
• Handle multiple priorities while remaining focused and professional
Software Used:
• Highly proficient in: MS Word, Excel and Access
• Above average proficiency in : MS PowerPoint, Outlook and Crystal Reports
• Basic office equipment, fax and copy machine.
