Job Description: Successfully assist event logistics associated with T.D. Jakes Ministries’ portfolio of events and conferences to include, but not be limited to: Registration, execution of logistics, room sets, BEO’s, sponsor, exhibitor, and attendee fulfillment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

• Ability to travel for business, which may include weekends and holidays
• Ability to work nights and weekends when needed or scheduled
• Bachelor's Degree, Hospitality Administration/Management or Bachelor's Degree, Event Management or relevant experience
• Industry-related Certifications are encouraged
Experience: 2-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, compile, produce and distribute project reports for internal use, including total registrations by conference/event.
• Manage Annual Registration Budget
• Manage the annual calendar for Registration
• Liaison between internal Business Relations Department and external database management firm, where you will update and maintain Call Center scripts/CS policies.
• Design/order: Conference Badges, badge holders, supplies, etc., and any other related materials.
• Oversee/train registration volunteers and assistants on data entry, payment, refund, and general procedures
• Create and mail Code 4/DCC/NSF letters. Issue refunds/delete registrations.
• Maintain CS reports and maintain a monthly report of refunds.
• Provide back-up customer service support
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to be on your feet for several hours a day during event dates
