Looking for a full time receptionist for a major insurance company

Responsibilities Include:
Greeting clients, visitors and employment candidates to our new NYC location at Times Square which includes high level clients
Answering telephone calls and forwarding calls to appropriate employees
Alerting staff when they have guests, clients or candidates arriving
Managing any basic administrative duties as needed
Preparing and maintaining conference room schedules for meetings, visitors and events. This includes managing room set up, supplies need for non-IT related items and ordering and setting up catering for clients and events.
Answering questions and providing directions to our clients and employment candidates
Maintaining a clean and professional reception lobby area

Skills and Knowledge Desired:
No experience necessary - Training provided on the job.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, using initiative and good judgment
Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
Excellent organizational skills; high degree of attention to detail
Excellent oral, written, phone communication skills
Ability to relate well to a wide variety of people in a professional and diplomatic manner
Ability to contribute to the company as a positive team member
