We are looking for a bright, eager, and professional individual to fill the role of Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and prioritization skills, ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment, attention to detail, organized, and must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Exel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Candidates must have 1 year experience working in an office environment.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Answer telephone and greet visitors by welcoming them and directing them to the right person.
• Sort mail and faxes and distribute to the correct employee.
• Prepare invoices and post mail through the postage machine.
• Learn to type quotations as needed.
• Maintain phone directory.
• Maintain customer mailing lists.
• Learn to back up customer service.
• Miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
