We are on the hunt again for that 'one-in-a-hundred' candidate who is: "the head of their class"; "at the top of their game" AND is interested in moving their career into the medical field. ________________________________________THE POSITION: This opening is for an administrative person who will be working with counselors, interns, court professionals and patients who need assessments, counseling, treatment, classes, etc.at our office. Your duties will include the following: covering the reception desk; taking calls from patients & medical offices; scheduling appointments; verifying medical benefits; preparing patient's medical charts; and as much more as your initiative and willing to learn to do. (Before you say, this sounds like too much to do in one day - let me clarify: what is listed is the FULL SCOPE of this position's potential. You will not be doing all this to start - but if you have the 'right stuff' & you are THE candidate described in the beginning of this ad, you eventually will be able to cover all these duties & more! AND (as a result) you will have elevated your pay rate up as well). THE TEAM: You will be working with other counseling professionals in our office. Our current team is the best we have ever had and this means a very, very good working environment for you. Everyone works together to get the job done. You will like working closely with the: other front desk staff, counselors, interns, lab techs and office manager. This is a professional group and they will EXPECT the same high level of professionalism & excellence from you. THE PROCESS: If you want to be interviewed for this position, with as many responses as we expect to receive, you will need to do more than just forward your resume to us. (Think about it - if your email suddenly had 700 new emails and you had to select which ones to interview - how much insight do you get out of reading a forwarded copy of a resume? I'll answer that - very little unless you have something more to catch your attention). From the responses we will select who we want to setup an INTERVIEW for, which will be with the office manager & clinical manager. There may be a follow up interview for the final few candidates if needed. The position is open IMMEDIATELY so you could start as soon as possible. SUGGESTION: Include more dialogue about why you fit our description: Why you want this job? or where you are headed? Tell us more about yourself.INCLUDE A PHOTO.THE PAY: Compensation is based on three factors: 1) You. Are you the exception and not the norm? Do you excel where others do not? (Are you the 'one-in-a-hundred?) 2) Your work history. What have you been doing & how well did you do it? 3) Your Interview. BENEFITS: Full Time employees receive Medical Insurance allowance, partial Dental Insurance benefits are paid by the Company. You will get a discount from AT&T for your cell phone bill, you will be provided a Teladoc account, life insurance paid for by the company. And you will earn up to 2 weeks of Paid Time Off the first year. CONCLUSION: If you are this candidate, get started in a promising career in the healthcare field with a great company and a great group of professionals, get us your information ASAP (and include the word:PICKME in your response).
