WE CAN OFFER THE FOLLOWING: Live leads generated from radio and television advertisement. Receive between 100 to 120 leads per month. 2/1 Mortgage Consultant to Processor ration. Great Management staff to support sales, processing, closing and post-closing all under one roof. Compensation paid on number of units closed and dollar volume combination. Nothing but the best leads. NO COLD CALLING!!!!!!!!! On average our Loan officers are closing between 10-15 loans per month REQUIREMENTS: Registered through NMLS and S.A.F.E. Act Certified Lenox Financial Home Loans will reimburse all license costs after 90 days of employment 2 years experience as a Mortgage Consultant required Sales Experience Required in FHA, VA, Conventional and Non-conforming.
