Data Entry / Medical Records: Job Description: In this role, a successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all patient records are inputted into the database system accurately. A candidate would be responsible for analyzing and reviewing medical records for any errors/duplications of records. Other responsibilities include, processing and merging medical records into the new database system. All candidates must be comfortable working in an office based environment and have the ability to meet daily production goals.
