Bombardier's Business Aircraft's Dallas Service Center is centrally located at Love Field Airport, and is the home of the Service Center Network headquarters. With its dedicated staff of over 110, the facility features 100,000 sq. ft. of space and is equipped to perform scheduled and unscheduled heavy maintenance, modifications, including interior modifications, avionics installations, and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support for Bombardier Learjet, Challenger, and Global aircraft. The Service Center has received certifications from FAA, EASA, Canada, Brazil, Bahamas, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Mexico and South Africa.
The Administrative Intern will be responsible for working in a team environment to provide support in assisting with special projects and processes. Projects provide exposure to current matters facing the department and/or operating business groups. This internship experience will allow individuals the knowledge and skills learned in the classroom to real:world business experiences.
In your role, you will:
: Adhere to General Work Requirements
: Provides clerical and administrative support
: Analyze and compile data
: Update and maintain databases
: Assist with special projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan
: Assist the team with business analysis
: Work as part of the team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes
: Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure consistent, practical and effective solutions
: Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports
: Issue and communicate invoices
: Book travel both domestically and internationally
: Prepare, analyzes and audit expense reports
As our ideal candidate,
: You are currently working towards a Bachelors Degree in a related field
: You are able to work approximately 30 hours/week between the days/hours of Monday : Friday, 7:30 am : 5:00 pm
: You have strong proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
: You are able to demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as being a team player ready to support your colleagues
: You are self:motivated and able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities
: You have strong attention to detail
: You have previous office environment experience : preferred
