Job description
TBG Partners has an immediate opening in our Dallas/Fort Worth office for an experienced administrative assistant. The applicant should display a positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multitask and be a strong communicator, both on paper and over the phone, as he or she will frequently deal with employees, clients and firm leadership.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate office operations and administrative services
Answer all incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate people in the office with a friendly, professional, and helpful manner at all times
Perform clerical duties as required such as making photocopies, sending and receiving mail, filing, scanning, preparing overnights, etc.
Keep office and common areas, including the kitchen, organized and clean
Run errands as needed
Provide professional assistance when greeting clients and vendors
Coordinate events and meetings
Support Dallas and Fort Worth staff of more than 40 professionals
Coordinate with administrative assistants in other offices as necessary
Monitor and maintain general supplies for the office

High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of current office practices, methods and procedures
Familiar with use of office equipment
Professional appearance
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, quick learner
Positive, outgoing, team player
Have an excellent record of dependability and reliability
Excellent communication skills
