Seeking a high-energy, tech-savvy individual with a positive attitude and amazing customer service/interpersonal skills to work at an exciting construction firm. The individual in this position will work closely with other team members, and will assist in all aspects of organization, planning, office management, scheduling and executive support.

The requirements of this position are:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Great organizational skills.
- Ability to manage, organize, and execute on multiple projects at once.
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher or Mac Suite equivalents.
- Professional appearance.
- Extremely resourceful and able to adapt to a fast-paced tech start up environment.
- Must have car as driving on occasion is part of the job responsibility.
