Looking for a prime opportunity in the financial services sector?
Our wealth planning firm has an immediate opening for an enthusiastic, computer savvy executive administrative assistant. In addition to assisting the CEO, the perfect candidate will be a professional team player who interacts directly with our clients, whether at the front desk, on the phone or by formal correspondence. This position required attention to details in all aspects of the position.
Responsibilities and Activities:
* Client contact and correspondence : meet and greet clients as they arrive for meetings; call clients to set up meetings as requested by the CEO and senior management; prepare all client correspondence in a professional manner.
* Maintain CEOs calendar; coordinate meetings and travel with staff.
* Work on projects as assigned by senior management.
Requisite skills for this position:
In addition to direct client contact, our new associate must be
* proficient at Outlook calendar management.
* adept at calling and setting client meetings.
* able to prepare client correspondence in a professional manner.
* knowledgeable in preparing mass emails.
* accurate when entering client data on Sales Force.
* an organized person who efficiently scans and organizes client documents into our archiving program, Docupace.
* accurate at typing at least 40wpm and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Marketing and social media campaign experience on LinkedIn a plus as is previous experience in the financial services or insurance industries.
Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 M:F. Must live close to Addison, TX.
This is a Non:Smoking Office.
