We are a Software and Medical Billing company looking for a strong administrative assistant to handle
:Office Administration and coordination
:Handle Phone calls (Customer, Employees, vendors)
:Sales back:office ( Proposals, contracts, client coordination)
:Marketing support ( trade shows, event support)
:Executive management support (calendar, travel etc)
:Basic HR and Book:Keeping activities ( time:sheets, leave tracking, purchases, quickbooks, hiring onboarding, employee immigration support,etc)
:Bachelors Degree
:Excellent communication (Written and Spoken)
:High energy go:getter
:Multi:tasking and attention to detail
:Ability to work under deadlines and extended hours if needed
:Outstanding computer skills including Office, Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Jobdiva etc
