Job DescriptionOur company is currently seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper Quick Books Experience to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Responsibilities:1. Strong Quick Books, Excel spreadsheets.2. Ability to work in many types of Databases.3. Strong payroll/time card entry and reconciliation.4. Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to CEO, and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.5. Balance sheets general ledgers, asset management, AP, AR, P&L statements.6. Various office manager task, must be flexible to readily adapt to new situation as new task will be assigned.7, Staffing experience is helpful in this position.8. Ensure maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
