The purpose of this position is to initiate, qualify and develop new business. The Jakob Group has partnered with the nations top, and best, marketing/lead generation service that helps us identify, contact and market to potential customers. There is no cold calling or knocking door:to:door. This partnership saves us the time and money by directing us to actively seeking clients.
*For interns, weekly meetings with managers will ensure your involvement and growth throughout the program. This position will give you the real world sales and business skills to stand out amongst your peers
Our Goal: To rapidly expand across the US, and looking to obtain 3 of the market share. We look to open 50:100 new offices in the regions across the United States over the next 5 years.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate is independent, focused, ambitious, driven and a have a positive mindset.
:Collaboration with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information.
:Ability to learn new information quickly, i.e. knowledge of products and costing variables.
:Preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
:Positive attitude and personable and professional demeanor
:Ability to explain concepts clearly and with appropriate articulation and professional tone
:Set up phone appointments, follow up on referrals and leads
:Valid drivers license, safe driving record, and ability to drive
:High School GED or Diploma, but not required.
:Participation is continued education and personal growth.
